Apply for a refund
Dear traveller;
In case you paid for PCR-testing/screening for coronavirus and a PCR-certificate in Iceland, but did not have the test carried out, you must, in order to get a refund of the charge, submit a statement regarding why you did not.

Reason for requesting refund (change of plans, paying twice for the same test e.t.c.):
The refund will be made through the same credit/debit card that was used to make the payment. Please send us the first six digits and the last four digits on your card:

Please note that the refund process can take up to 5-7 days.
